Does WP provide table stands with the table numbers?

  • Yes, at no charge.

Does WP provide an easel to display seating charts, pictures etc?

  • Yes, one easel is provided per event. Any more is an additional fee of $20.00 per easel

What is the buffet price for children?

  • Children aged 4 to 12 years old are half price, and 3 years and younger are free.

What kind of rentals does WP provide?

  • Ceremony Bridal Arch – No.
  • Aisle Runner – Yes, $75 for either red or white.
  • Chair Covers – No.
  • Vases or Candle Holders – No.
  • Centerpieces – Yes, at a charge.
  • Cake Cutting Knife Set – Yes for a rental fee of $20.00
  • Easels – 1 per event. Additional easels are $20.00
  • Guest book and pen – No.
  • Free Parking

What time do we usually have access to the room?

  • Usually at 10:00 am on the day of your event.

What time could we begin putting chair covers on?

  • 2:00 pm.

Does WP have storage for our flowers?

  • Limited.

Does WP have storage for our cake?

  • Limited.

What is included in the banquet room?

  • Silverware, flatware, glassware, linens (white, burgundy, or green), banquet chairs and tables. A podium and wireless microphone. We have 8, 6, and 4 foot rectangles and 4 and 6 foot rounds. A private bridal room, welcome signage in the main lobby and the set up and take down of the room..

What is the job of the wedding coordinator?

  • The wedding coordinator’s ultimate goal is to insure that the bride and groom experience their dream wedding day. Our wedding coordinator will be here to assist both the bride and groom from the time they arrive at Westwood until the time dancing begins. She will also be here to escort the bride and groom through the buffet. She will also be able to transport the bride and groom and wedding party to and from the garden or picture location on site. If you decide to have a wedding rehearsal, our wedding coordinator will be there for any questions or concerns you may have.

Do we have access to the golf course for photos?

  • This will be determined closer to the day of your event. It depends on whether the golf course is booked with golfers, and if that is the case then the golf course can not be used for photos.

Do we have access to the clubhouse for photos?

  • This will be determined closer to the day of your event. It will depend on what else is going on in the clubhouse.

Can we bring in our own audio/visual equipment?

  • Yes.

If we bring in our own overlays, when does WP need them by?

  • Overlays must be delivered the day before WP sets the room.

How many guests can each of the banquet rooms hold?

  • Panorama Room: 250 guests maximum (with a dance floor and stage)
  • Gallery Room: 100 guests maximum.(with a dance floor and stage)
  • Studio Room: 110 guests maximum for a ceremony, 50 guests maximum for a function.

Can we make changes to the menus?

  • Yes we would be happy to discuss a custom designed menu.

Can we bring in our own food or beverages?

  • No.
