| The Rogues Shift Leader’s primary goal is to provide Above & Beyond service to our guests through customer and restaurant service while leading the restaurant team during operational hours. The leadership that they provide for the Rogues Restaurant servers is one important step to ensure that our team members are our biggest asset, giving us the edge above any competitor. This is a role that current team members earn their way up to or new team members with previous experience are brought into. In addition, it is great for those looking to build their professional background in the Restaurant Industry.

We are always looking for energetic and passionate food and beverage staff with an affinity for service to join our team at Fairways Grill and Patio Restaurant at the Executive Course.
